This list is just a sample of the most popular tours and activities available from San Pedro. Many more Mayan Ruin, jungle, diving and fishing tours are available. If you would like to design a tour specifically around your interests, please come talk to us at the front desk.

Island Activities

Parasailing - One, two or three person rides are available.

Kayaking - Rent kayaks by the hour, half day, or full day.

Windsurfing - State of the art sails and boards are available as well as lessons.

Sailing - Hobies and Laser Pico for rent by the hour. Fully qualified instructors are on site if you need a quick refresher or complete sailing lessons.

Golf Cart Rental - The most popular mode of transportation on the island is the golf cart. Rent a 4 or 6-seater golf cart for half day, full day or weekly

Fishing - Flats, reef or deep sea fishing available.

1/2 day snorkeling - Hol-Chan Marine Reserve is exploding with life; Shark-Ray Alley lets snorkelers get up-close-and-personal with southern stingrays and nurse sharks.

Atoll Snorkeling - Full day excursion snorkeling Lighthouse Reef or Turneffe Atoll.

Local Reef Diving - Spur and groove topography creates awesome canyons and swim-throughs only 5 minutes from shore.

The Great Blue Hole - A full day adventure includes a dive in the great blue hole, 2 wall dives, and lunch on Half Moon Caye with a visit to the Boobie Bird Sanctuary.

Turneffe Atoll - This full day 3 tank trip provides some of the best wall diving the ocean has to offer.

Overnight Atoll trips - The overnight adventure includes 5 dives at Lighthouse Reef Atoll and Turneffe Atoll spread over two days camping out beneath the stars.

Excursions

Lamanai - The ancient Mayan city of Lamanai 'Submerged Crocodile' lays mostly undiscovered on the banks of the New River in the center of Belize. Full day tours leave from San Pedro by boat and give you a chance to see plenty of Belize's flora and fauna along the way. Half-day tours are also available by flying into Orange Walk.

Altun Ha & Maruba Jungle Spa - Boat to the mainland and visit the Mayan Ruins of Altun Ha (Water of the Rock). Next, shuttle to Maruba Resort and Jungle Spa for lunch and an afternoon of self indulgence.

Manatee & Snorkel - Travel by boat into the natural habitat of the endangered West Indian Manatee. Lunch on the tiny island of Goffs Caye and snorkel the reef or relax on the white sandy beach. A quick tour of Caye Caulker and a snorkel stop end the day.

Cave Tubing & Belize Zoo - Visit the Belize Zoo for close up viewings of the native animal species of Belize, such as the tapir, howler monkeys, and jaguars. Break for lunch before traveling into the rainforest of Belize and jumping into the Sibun River with your inner tube. Float through a single giant cave system complete with stalactites and stalagmites, limestone formations and evidence of ancient Mayan presence

Catamaran Sail & Snorkel - Sail to Caye Caulker with a snorkel stop at Hol Chan Marine Reserve. Lunch on your own before sailing to Shark-Ray Alley to top off the day.
